Florben Export Enterprises knows that TUNA is used in various cuisines and therefore requires to be cut and served in different styles. Here are a few products we have available to cater our clients’ ever changing needs.
Fresh Chilled Big Eye and Yellow Fin
Sashimi grade, available in whole round (WR), gilled and gutted (G&G), or headed and gutted. Sizes vary from 2 to 100 kilograms each. Every tuna in carton is packed in polystyrene with gel ice.
Fresh or Frozen Tuna Loins
Sashimi grade, individually vacuum packed. Sizes can vary from 1 to 4 kilograms. Clients may require and specify product packaging and labeling.
